UMC is building a new workshop for the production of pasteurized milk "Vereya" for direct consumption, as an extension of the main production building of OMK - PLOVDIV. The workshop will have an area of 827 m2, connected to the main building by a corridor. The production capacity is 115,200 l / day. Technological processes are pasteurization, homogenization, sterilization, and cooling. The filling is done on a filling machine. The packaging of the milk will be in packages made of polymeric materials, allowed by the European and National legislation for contact with food.
