With fats of 3.6% and 2%
Vereia yoghurts 2% and 3,6% fat content are produced in conformity with the requirements of the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS) 12:2010. This means that the highest quality farmer’s milk is provided for their production, with required high contents of proteins, relevant standard fat and live Bulgarian yeast with characteristic combination of Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Streptococcus Thermophilus. The special yeast gives the products authentic and known from the past, specific slightly more sour taste. Vereia yoghurt according to BDS is offered in fats classical for the Bulgarian market of 2% and 3,6%.
As all the yoghurts, Vereia BDS are useful for the appropriate development of human organism because of the unique nutritional substances contained in it: proteins (composed of 18 irreplaceable amino acids), fat-soluble vitamins А, D, E, K, vitamins from the group B, C, minerals (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, chlorine and sulphur) and microelements (iron, copper, zink and so on). Further to that because of the high contents of lactic acid bacteria for the yeast, as well as for the lactic protein processed by them, they are easily absorbable and assisting digestion complete food.
